Young People's Involvement

At RoSPA we believe in the fundamental principle of involving people in decisions which aim to make then safe from injury and accidents. We have a youth liaison worker whose job it is to make sure we learn from young people about their needs and issues with respect to injury and injury prevention. We operate a successful work experience programme and have hosted young people on longer placements to help us develop our approach to preventing injury among 15-24 year olds. Some of their work is represented here. We also have a Facebook page where we can keep people updated on safety and risk related stories involving young people. www.facebook.com/rospayouthnetwork.
