Background
High Speed Training is an online training provider that offers a wide range of vocational courses for the professional services, hospitality, food manufacture, logistics, education, construction, and health and social care sectors, as well as covering topics including health and safety, food hygiene, safeguarding, personal development and core skills. What motivated your organisation to seek course assurance and enter the RoSPA Qualifications Awards?

Can you share some key strategies or practices that contributed to your success in achieving course assurance?

Catherine says: “We have a dedicated Product team who, alongside our Learning and Development team, work to ensure the courses in our catalogue meet our learners’ needs. We have built, and continue to build, relationships with trusted industry experts and partnerships with organisations which enhance our offering to learners. This, as well as our internal quality assurance processes, ensures High Speed Training’s courses meet the rigorous standards that RoSPA Qualifications look for as part of the course assurance process.”

How did your organisation develop and maintain high standards for e-learning delivery and content?

“Our Learning and Development team works closely with external specialists and partners to ensure our courses are up to date and reflect good practice. We have robust audit and quality assurance processes that are reflected in the depth and quality of our courses. We have dedicated Customer Care and Account Management teams and are proud of the high level of customer service we offer to our learners.  The less time our customers spend waiting for answers, the more they can spend focusing on what really matters - their learning journey.”

How do you envision this recognition influencing your organisation's reputation and growth in the e-learning industry?
