Due to popular demand, we are delighted to be back at the iconic five-star JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel!
Located in the heart of the UK’s capital city, this event is the perfect opportunity for you to explore the cultural hub of the South whilst celebrating your tremendous achievements. Both our daytime and evening awards will be taking place at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel London this year, and we are excited to welcome you to this truly memorable, destination event!

Daytime Awards Ceremony | JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel London – The Ballroom
The daytime ceremony will take place in the Ballroom, and any number of guests are welcome to attend the daytime presentation, allowing all who have contributed to the organisation's achievements to celebrate their success. Informal seating will be available allowing supporters to watch proceedings, whilst your chosen recipient is presented with the award.
The dress code for the day is smart business wear. No jeans or casual attire.
Timings
Timing is critical to the smooth running of the ceremony, and we would therefore make the following recommendations:

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your registration time and wait in the Ballroom for your group to be called to register

Help keep delays to a minimum by adhering to the rule of 'one recipient per award'

The chosen recipient should report promptly to the registration desk when your group number is called. Group numbers will be sent via email by May 15, 2025.
We will endeavour to present your award within 40 minutes of registration.
Registration and presentation time notifications will be sent via email by May 15, 2025 for the London ceremony. If you have not received details by this date, please contact the RoSPA Awards administration team on +44 (0)121 248 2090/91
Award presentation photographs
The official RoSPA photographers will be on-hand at the ceremony to record award presentations in full colour. Award winners will receive one digital copy free of charge.
You will be supplied with a card on site with a QR code. When you scan the QR code, this will take you to your photographs. Your photographs will be uploaded within 10 working days.
If required sooner, please order an express digital photo for £55, which will be uploaded within three days following your presentation.
Please note that only the official RoSPA photographers will be permitted to take photographs of the award presentations.
Group photographs
Successful health and safety management undoubtedly involves team effort. A great way to recognise the whole team's contribution is with a group photograph. The image will be available via a QR code within three days, making it ideal for immediate use for PR purposes and in-house newsletters.
Pre-order a group photograph for £55.
On the day, please visit the group photograph area once you have collected your award.
Orders placed on the day will require payment by debit/credit card.
Evening Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner

Our evening award ceremony and gala dinner is set to be an unforgettable event full of recognition, camaraderie, and inspiration that showcases the collective commitment to safety excellence.
The Great Room, where you will sit to eat, began life as a vast ice rink, where it is said that our past patron, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, learned to skate in 1933. This event provides a wonderful opportunity to honour and celebrate health and safety excellence in a location steeped in tradition and elegance.
Dress code for the event is evening wear, evening or cocktail dress, national dress or uniform.
Returning for 2025: RoSPA members drink reception!
Members that purchase tickets for the Gala Dinner will automatically be upgraded to the Members Drinks Reception. Generously supported by NEBOSH, headline sponsors of the RoSPA 2025 awards.

Tickets
Tickets are available at £365.50 for RoSPA Members, and £406 for Non-Members. Tickets can be purchased individually or as tables (please note that tables are set for 10 guests.) To reserve your ticket(s) please complete the booking form.
After placing your online booking you will receive an acknowledgement email. Your booking will not be complete until receipt of your official booking confirmation email – which will be sent from [email protected]. The booking confirmation email will also contain further details of the proceedings and ticket dispatch. (Please note, full payment must be made before attending the ceremony.)
All prices quoted for the London ceremony are plus 20% VAT.

Ceremony host: Ed Bryne
Ed is a renowned comedian/presenter and actor. With his TV career now in its third decade, Ed has regularly appeared on the likes of QI, Mock The Week, Alan Davies As Yet Untitled, The Pilgrimage, Dara and Ed’s Road to Mandalay, Dara & Ed’s Big Adventure, The Graham Norton Show and Have I Got News For You, as well as hosting Live At The Apollo and Comic Relief Bake Off. He was recently seen as a contestant on BBC One’s Celebrity Best Home Cook (where he made it to show 5 out of 8 – not bad!) and he has also won (yes, won!) celebrity versions of both The Chase and Pointless!
Known for his passion for the outdoors (hill walking and mountaineering are major hobbies), Ed can be seen turning his presenting skills to factual broadcasting in BBC Two’s Volcano Live, World’s Most Dangerous Roads(where he spent two weeks driving through Siberia) and Into The Wild with Gordon Buchanan.
Ed has extended his nationwide tour of British Comedy Guide’s Best Comedy Show 2023, and his most personal show to date, until April 2025, almost two years after he began performing it. From the quote attributed to Mark Twain, humour is defined as Tragedy Plus Time.
With legions of fans both in the UK and abroad, Ed remains the observational stand-up to see.
