Due to popular demand, the RoSPA Awards will make their return to Dubai in 2025, and will be co-located with the Safety Summit 2025.

The JW Marriott Hotel Marina is a 5* hotel providing stunning views of the Marina and the Dubai city skyline. Its prime location provides easy access to iconic landmarks, upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment options, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers.

The afternoon awards ceremony and lunch will take place in the Constellation Ballroom and the full address for the hotel can be found below:

Timings

This year the event will be running earlier in the day. The event timings are 11:00 – 18:00. Full details will be provided closer to the date.

Seats

Seats are available at £420.33 for RoSPA Members, and £466.90 for Non-Members. Prices include the 5% Dubai tax and 10% DTCM fee.

Seats can be purchased individually or as tables (please note that tables are set for 10 guests.)

After placing your online booking you will receive an acknowledgement email. Your booking will not be complete until receipt of your official booking confirmation email – which will be sent from [email protected]. This will also contain further details of the proceedings and ticket dispatch.

Dress code for the event is evening wear, national dress or uniform.

Award presentation photographs

The official RoSPA photographers will be on-hand at the ceremony to capture award presentations. Award winners will receive one digital copy free of charge after 10 working days.

If required sooner, please order an express digital photo for £55, which will be uploaded within three days following your presentation.

Group photographs

Successful health and safety management undoubtedly involves team effort. A great way to recognise the whole team's contribution is with a group photograph. The image will be emailed within three days, making it ideal for PR purposes and in-house newsletters.

Payment can be made by debit/credit card or on receipt of an official purchase order number for invoicing. Group photographs will be hosted at the end of the day, a member of RoSPA staff will notify you when it’s your turn.
