Women in Safety Mentor Training, in partnership with L’Oréal, RoSPA, and Nike

Inspiring, motivating and upskilling female mentors

We are stronger together, which is why L’Oréal, RoSPA, and Nike have joined forces to create the Women in Safety Leadership Programme. This powerful collaboration underscores our joint commitment to driving diversity and inclusion in the workplace, by creating opportunities for women in health and safety.

Building on the incredible success of the Women in Safety programme, developed in collaboration with Leaderlike, we are thrilled to introduce the brand-new Women in Safety Mentor Training course.

This world-class, one-day course is designed to inspire, motivate, and equip a new generation of female mentors with the skills and confidence to lead others effectively.

Since its launch in 2023, the Women in Safety programme has helped women from across the globe come together to discuss and overcome challenges, enhancing their cross-company influence in health and safety while focusing on their own leadership development. Addressing a real need for women in leadership positions, not just in health and safety, this programme provides a unique opportunity for women to support each other’s development and lead in a way that feels authentic to them, leveraging their unique strengths.

Why we need you

The success of the Women in Safety programme relies on a steady stream of motivated and well-trained mentors. By joining our mentor training course, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and guiding the next generation of women in safety, helping them to thrive and make a significant impact in their fields.
