Sponsorship and Exhibition Opportunities
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents has been at the heart of accident prevention in the UK and around the world for 100 years.
The RoSPA events team organises many events throughout the year. As a major player in the health and safety industry, we are delighted to offer you opportunities to work with us by sponsoring or exhibiting at one of our upcoming events.
Being a charity means all our income is ploughed back into our mission - funding a plethora of activities including campaigning, research and injury data collection. By working with RoSPA your money goes further; not only are you gaining direct access to decision-making contacts, you'll be helping to save lives and reduce injuries.
We can tailor sponsorship to suit your objectives and budget. Below are the type of benefits an event sponsor could expect to receive:
Pre-event promotional opportunities:
- Branding on the event booking form used in web-based and direct mail campaigns
- Linked logo and 100-word company profile on RoSPA's website
- Coverage of the sponsorship in event-related press releases that cover a wide range of media platforms
- Branding on event adverts carried in RoSPA's occupational safety and health journal
On-site promotional opportunities:
- On-site branding, on-stage and in-delegate registration/refreshment area
- A4 company profile in the delegate information pack
- Literature insert of your choice placed in each delegate information pack
- 3m x 2m exhibition stand, located in a prime location to network with delegates. Includes one table and two chairs, one electric socket, refreshments and lunch for two exhibitors
- Two complimentary delegate places, for use by staff or as an incentive for clients
- Speaker opportunity.
Post-event promotional opportunities:
Following the event you will be provided with full contact information for the event delegates, to allow for your own follow-up promotional activity (excluding those who have opted out through data protection).

Testimonials
"We were impressed by the organisation at both venues and found the exhibitions gave us opportunities to meet new and existing customers."
Jenny Newman, Sales and Marketing, Colan Ltd
"We were particularly pleased with the level of interest in our range of promotional products. The room was spacious and well-lit which is important for exhibitors. As all food and drink was served in the same room as the exhibition it provided plenty of chance for the delegates to browse through our high-vis and promotional products."
Alison Holland, Managing Director, Brightkidz
"Kid Rapt have been a long term supporter of the work that RoSPA does within both the Home and Road Safety arena. We have attended Home Safety Congress for the last 10 years and on one occasion have been privileged to be the main sponsor. We have always found Congress to be an ideal forum for updating our knowledge, for learning the latest thinking, and for getting to grips with the latest issues.
RoSPA not only has the ear of the statutory bodies and the policy makers but they are also recognised as 'experts' within their field. This knowledge and association is priceless.
Our clients expect us to be both knowledgeable and proactive and in many cases they rely on us to 'steer' their purchasing decisions in the right direction. This can only be done if you are fully armed with the facts and the information that really matters. Working with RoSPA and attendance at Congress goes a long way to achieving this."
Alan Ainge, Managing Director, Kid Rapt
We would welcome an opportunity to discuss your business aims and how the above packages could be tailored to best meet them.
