Who is the conference for?
This conference is suitable for anyone with responsibility for water safety, or managing sites or locations that feature water hazards, as well as practitioners and academics within drowning prevention.

How to book
Spaces are available for individual delegates at £144 for RoSPA Members, and £160 for Non-Members. To book your place, please use the links below. If you are a RoSPA Member, please log in to your MyRoSPA portal to take advantage of the discounted rate.
Once you have booked your place, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email which will contain a link to select your track options. This is required to be completed as soon as possible.

Exhibitor tickets are available at £400 for RoSPA Members, and £440 for Non-Members. As part of the ticket, exhibitors will receive a space with a table and two chairs, plus entry to the conference for two guests. We are delighted to be hosting the RoSPA National Water Saftey Conference 2025 at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC hotel.
Crowne Plaza® Birmingham NEC hotel is located in a fantastic spot, only a five-minute drive from Birmingham Airport and a short walk from Resorts World Arena, and the NEC.
The Hotel is situated just off the M42 motorway, which provides easy access to the M40, the M6 and the M1, and Birmingham city centre is only 15 minutes away by train from nearby Birmingham International station.

Public Transportation
Birmingham International Train Station is the closest train station to the hotel. Estimated distance to the hotel: 1 MI/ 1.61 KM.
Driving
Birmingham Airport (BHX) : Exit Airport complex heading along A45 towards M42. On approach to M42, follow exit for NEC and Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC is on your right hand side.
Parking
The hotel uses a car number plate recognition parking system; all guests need to ensure their car is registered at reception upon arrival.
