Award Winners' Booking Platform

The Award Winners’ booking platform facilitates the booking of Gala Award Dinner seats in addition to the pre-order of Photographs and the registration of Recipient for the Awards Presentation Ceremony. In order to proceed, please have the following information available:

• Your awards reference number. You will find this on all awards correspondence.
  • If your organisation submitted multiple entries and is a Trophy or Sector Award Winner, please use the awards reference number related to the major award as the primary reference.
• Payment method – after your order is processed, we will issue an invoice with a direct link to pay by card, and details to pay by BACs. If your company purchase order number needs to be quoted on the invoice, please include this in the assigned field on the Payment page. For invoice payment, standard 30 days payment terms apply or payment before the ceremony, whichever is first. Non-standard payment terms are not applicable. Attendance at the gala dinner(s) will only be granted and tickets sent and/or photographs released after payment has been received.
