How does the enrolment process work?

Upon payment for the course, you will be sent a unique enrolment key which will be used to enrol on the course. This key will be sent during office hours, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.


  


Can I activate my key whenever I like?

Enrolment keys have an expiry date, which will be communicated to you in your welcome email. This can vary from a few weeks to several months. Therefore, we suggest waiting until you are ready to start your course before purchasing your licence, or alternatively contacting us to let us know when you aim to start your course. We can then advise you further.  

 
 

What happens once I have activated my key?

Once the key is activated, this will count as a successful registration onto the course. Once registered, access to the course is for twelve months.

 
 

How long do I have to complete my course?

All course materials must be completed within the twelve-month period. If the course is not completed within the required time frame, additional charges will apply to continue the course.

How do the assessments work?

There is one online exam and one practical exam (evidence to be uploaded online). Please note exams are sold separately and at an additional cost. To book your exams please contact us

 
 

How am I assessed?

Assessments are charged separately. Assessments consist of a one day online open book exam, and a risk assessment which is completed over two weeks. Contact us to purchase and book your exams.
